What Blumva is
Blumva is a technology platform operated by Blumva Limited (RC 8956973), providing software infrastructure that private groups and duly registered cooperative societies use to organise their own contributions, track shared ownership, and keep records. Blumva provides the technology; the group makes every decision.

Blumva is NOT, and does not hold itself out as, a bank, deposit-taking institution, microfinance institution, payment service provider, securities exchange or trading venue, broker, dealer, broker-dealer, investment adviser, fund manager, portfolio manager, trustee, custodian, or crowdfunding intermediary. Blumva is not licensed as any of these and does not perform their regulated functions.
What Blumva does not do
Blumva does not:

How money moves

Blumva does not assume any of these obligations on a group's behalf.
No offer or solicitation
Nothing on Blumva or on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or invitation to invest, nor a recommendation of any investment. Any decision to contribute to or participate in a group is made solely by the group and its members.
